Municipal offices in Rochester are resuming in-person customer service.
Starting today, City Hall and the offices that host the Traffic Violations Agency and Bureau of Parking will be open to the public with limited hours.
The self-service drop boxes at City Hall and the Neighborhood Service Centers remain in operation.
Visitors to City buildings will be required to adhere to State social distancing guidelines.
Other services continue to be available online.
