Webster Man Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography

A Webster man is facing prison time after pleading guilty to child pornography.

Federal Prosecutors say between November and January of this year, Glenn Smith was found to be in possession of -- around 200 images and more than a dozen videos -- of child pornography on a cell phone and tablet.

Some of the images involved minors that were under 12 years-old. Authorities also say Smith shared some of these images on a peer-to-peer network. Smith is scheduled to be sentenced in September and is facing a maximum of 20 years behind bars.
