Denny's Restaurants Close In Rochester and Central New York

The home of the grand slam breakfast has struck out.

Denny's restaurant franchise owner Feast American Diners is closing the restaurants in the Rochester area, Central New York and the Southern Tier.

Notices with the state labor department blame "unforeseeable business circumstances prompted by COVID-19.”

The closures affect 15 restaurants and more than 500 workers.

The closing list includes five locations in our area -- Greece, Henrietta, Canandaigua, Geneva and Geneseo.
