Crowd Gathers On Chili Ave For Memorial, Officers Hurt

Rochester police say they arrested three men who were part of a crowd of more than 100 people who gathered for a memorial last night on Chili Avenue, just west of Thurston Road.

Police say the crowd refused to disperse and bottles were thrown at officers.

Two officers were hurt, and police used a pepper ball to break up the crowd.

The three men were charged with disorderly conduct, and two of them were also charged with resisting arrest.
