Andrew Yang is not happy with New York's decision to cancel its Democratic presidential primary. The former candidate sued the State Board of Elections after the move was made over coronavirus concerns.
Seven New Yorkers who intended to serve as Yang's delegates at the Democratic National Convention joined the lawsuit. Officials had removed candidates no longer in the race, which left Joe Biden uncontested in the election. Yang argued calling off the event violates voters' rights to choose who they want to be president.
