An Irondequoit man will make his first court appearance this morning for the death of a Rochester woman.
Police say the suspect, 67-year-old James McKnight, had a prior domestic relationship with 57-year-old Cathy Heinrich.
She was found stabbed to death March 22 at a home on St. Paul Street.
McKnight was arrested Tuesday and is charged with second-degree murder.
Police say McKnight and Heinrich had been in a relationship.
