Rochester police have surrounded a house on the city's northeast side near where shots were fired last night.
Police say they are working to get a person of interest out of a home on High Street, off North Goodman Street.
The street is on lockdown, and neighbors are being told to stay inside.
The shots were heard around 10:30, though it appears no one was hurt.
