Ontario County Health Department Recommends Cloth Face Coverings in Public

The Ontario County Health Department is following Monroe County in recommending that people wear cloth face coverings when they're out in public.

They say this is most important in areas where it's hard to practice social distancing, like grocery stores, pharmacies and other indoor public settings. They say face coverings are an additional protective measure, and don't mean you don't have to keep washing your hands frequently and staying at least six feet away from other people.
