Mayor Says Minority Community Needs to get Better at Social Distancing

Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren says the city's minority population is not social distancing enough, and Rochester residents have to be diligent in changing their habits to reflect the coronavirus. The mayor spoke in a virtual news conference with area reporters.

Warren says the County is about to release information on how coronavirus is impacting the city's minority residents. She says the County Health Department is working hard to make sure everyone gets the same quality of care.
