A man wanted for murder in Georgia has been taken into custody in Elmira.
The U.S. Marshals Service says they arrested Kenneth Green Jr. Thursday afternoon in connection with the shooting death last month of Donell Graham.
Authorities say Graham was found shot to death in his car March 2nd in Augusta, Georgia.
Green was taken into custody without incident and is being held as a fugitive of justice at the Chemung County Jail.
