There are 385 coronavirus deaths in New York State. Cuomo says the number of deaths is increasing and people are on ventilators for 20 to 30 days.

Cuomo estimates the coronavirus pandemic will result in the loss of ten-to-15-billion-dollars for the state. He's not happy with the five-billion-dollars New York State would receive from the federal stimulus package.
