Rochester Regional Health and UR Hospitals Announce Zero Visitation Policy

Stricter hospital visitation restrictions are being put into place at Rochester Regional Health and UR Medicine hospitals.

Monroe County Public Health Commissioner Dr. Mike Mendoza is announcing that a zero visitation policy is now in effect at Highland, Rochester General, Strong Memorial, and Unity hospitals.

That policy will be in effect until further notice. He said that the hospitals will be making some exceptions for patients who are children, mothers giving birth, and for extreme circumstances.
