Conviction Of Former Henrietta Town Supervisor Thrown Out

A judge has thrown out former Henrietta Town Supervisor Jack Moore's harassment conviction.

The judge ruled the trial should not have been moved from Henrietta to Brighton.

Moore was accused of harassing a former town employee by frequently driving past his home and honking his horn. Moore claimed he was trying to scare away deer.

He was sentenced to community service.

Prosecutors have not decided whether to re-try the case in Henrietta.
