A Fairport man who was arrested twice in one day this month for threatening a Macedon man, is in more trouble for missing a court date.
Police say Nicholas Jordan didn't appear in court last Thursday and was arrested yesterday.
He was given another appearance ticket and a new court date -- February 13th.
Back on January 8th, Jordan was arrested for threatening the man a loaded shotgun. He was released on an appearance ticket under the state's new bail reform law. About two hours after his release, police say he made the text message threat to the same victim.
