Fairport Man Accused of Making Threats Arrested Again, Released Again

Fairport police on Tuesday located and arrested Nicholas Jordan, the man arrested twice in the same day for threatening the same person.

Jordan pulled a shotgun on another man, and after being arrested and released on an appearance ticket, Jordan threatened the same man a few hours later by phone, and again, he was arrested. Jordan was supposed to appear in court to answer those charges on January 23rd, but Fairport police say he failed to show.

After he was arrested Tuesday, he was issued another appearance ticket and turned loose under New York's new bail law. He's due back in court on February 13th.
