Former Rochester City Court judge Leticia Astacio is out of jail.
Astacio was sent to jail in November for violating her DWI probation.
She had told a judge she purposely skipped her probation meetings so she would end up in court and be able to argue her sentence was illegal.
She was convicted of DWI in 2016 and was removed from the bench in 2018 because of her subsequent conduct.
