Court Appearance for State Assemblyman Brian Kolb in DWI Case

State Assemblyman Brian Kolb is expected in court today in his DWI case.

He was arrested after he drove his state vehicle into a ditch on New Years Eve.

Charging documents indicate he drove drunk from Pittsford to Victor before he crashed.

Kolb initially told the tow truck driver his wife had been driving, saying "you know how women drive".

His blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

Kolb resigned as Assembly minority leader, but kept his assembly seat.
