Authorities say no one was seriously hurt when a vehicle -- that had been pursued by police -- crashed into two other vehicles on Route 31 in Perinton.
Police were chasing the car after a theft at the Tractor Supply Store in Macedon -- but they had already broken off the chase before the crash.
Driver Anthony Loquasto, of Rochester, is charged with DWI, unlicensed driving, reckless driving and failure to yield. He also may face charges in the theft.
A man and a woman were riding with him.
