Cuomo Proposes Income Limit Change For Free SUNY Tuition

Governor Cuomo wants to expand his Excelsior Scholarshop program.

His proposal would raise the income limit for eligibility for free tuition at the SUNY campuses.

The tuition break is currently available to full-time students with household incomes below $125,000. Cuomo wants lawmakers to raise the cutoff to $150,00

Eligible students must live in the state after graduation and graduate on time.
