Former East Rochester Town Justice Pleads Guilty To Grand Larceny

A former East Rochester town justice has pleaded guilty to a grand larceny charge.

Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley says Terrence Brown-Steiner stole from the clients of his law practice.

He was later disbarred, and the money was repaid by a legal compensation fund.

Brown-Steiner will be sentenced to five years' probation and will have to pay more than $268,000 in restitution. He already resigned as a judge and will be sentenced in March
