Firefighters say quick action by people nearby helped save a man who fell into Irondequoit Bay.
The Sea Breeze Fire Chief tells 13WHAM the man was duck hunting in a kayak when he fell into the water.
People on shore called 9-1-1 and a person in a boat was able to pull the man out of the water.
He was being treated for hypothermia yesterday at Rochester General.
