Tyquan Rivera Arrested Following Narcotics Investigation in Rochester

A narcotics investigation in Rochester reportedly has nabbed five people -- including a man who did time for shooting a Rochester police officer.

Tyquan Rivera pleaded not guilty this morning to a charge he sold fentanyl to two undercover officers.

He's 25 now, but when he was 14 he shot and seriously wounded Officer Anhony DiPonzio on Dayton Street. He was released from prison in 2016, but was returned for a parole violation and completed his sentence this past February.

He is being held on $25,000 cash bail.
