The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is continuing their investigation into an incident near Rochester Christian School in Penfield, but says there is no threat to the school.
The school is moving from a lockdown to a lockout and is continuing with its normal dismissal routine.
The Sheriff's Office says they responded to the area after getting a 911 call reporting shots fired.
The sheriff's office says the investigation is centered on the area surrounding the school, and they believe the gunshots may have come from hunters in the area -- but that has not been confirmed yet.
No one is hurt.
