RHA Chair and Former Secretary Plead Not Guilty

The former chairman at the Rochester Housing Authority was back in federal court Monday for arraignment on his latest charges.

A federal grand jury last week handed up a 55 count superseding indictment against George Moses. He's charged with aggravated theft, and conspiracy to commit wire fraud -- among other charges. Co-defendant Janis White, his former secretary, was also arraigned on related charges. Both Moses and White pleaded not guilty.

White's attorney, Michael Tallon says this is very upsetting for his client and he is working to separate their trials.
