Former Rochester Housing Authority Chairman Faces More Charges

The former Chairman of the Rochester Housing Authority...George Moses...has been charged with more federal crimes in a second superseding indictment.

Moses was charged last month with making false statements to the FBI and wire fraud.

The new indictment includes those charges and adds others. Federal prosecutors say Moses was involved in various schemes to defraud the Rochester Housing Charities and an afterschool program run by former City Councilman Adam McFadden.
