A Southern Tier man has pleaded guilty to threatening Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
Federal prosecutors say 55-year-old Patrick Carlineo Jr. of Addison was charged with threatening to assault and murder a United States Official, and of being a felon in possession of firearms.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Brett Harvey says Carlineo called the Congresswoman's Washington, DC office, calling Omar a terrorist and threatening to "put a bullet in her skull." FBI investigators tracked him down and arrested him.
Carlineo will be sentenced on February 14th
