There are still no arrests in Rochester's latest homicide.
Twenty-nine-year-old city resident Michael Smith was stabbed Friday night at the corner of Barberry Terrace and Mitchell Street, a block west of Portland Avenue.
He died at the scene.
With six weeks still left in the year, the homicide total in the city this year is at least 30, surpassing last year's total of 28.
