City Council Begins Recruiting Police Accountability Board Members

Now that voters have passd the referendum for a Rochester Police Accountability Board, City Council says it's ready to begin recruiting members for the new panel.

Council says it's officially begun the recruitment period for the PAB. It will have nine members, four named by City Council, four by the Police Accountability Board Alliance and one by the mayor. Council will vote to confirm all nine.

The city is asking for written applications including a resume and a cover letter from anyone interested in serving on the board. The deadline is November 27th.
