Authorities say the driver of a pickup truck had to be flown to a hospital after he crashed into a house in Bloomfield.
RG&E tells 13WHAM the crash ruptured a gas line and the resulting fire destroyed the house.
It happened late last night on Maple Avenue. The two adults and one child in the house escaped.
State police say the driver is expected to survive.
