More federal charges are being filed against George Moses -- the former chairman of the Rochester Housing Authority.
A federal grand jury has returned a 28 count superseding indictment, charging Moses with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
Moses is accused of conspiring with former Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden to defraud Quad A for Kids -- which provides after school programs in the city.
Earlier this month, McFadden pleaded guilty to charges he submitted false invoices while he was the head of Quad A For Kids.
Moses is also accused of defrauding the Rochester Housing Charities by pocketing some money that was ostensibly for the director's salary.
