Attorney Claims Drake Wasn't Driving In Quadruple Fatal In Steuben County

The attorney representing the suspect in a crash October 12 that killed four people says information will show his client wasn't driving.

Attorney Ray Schlather gave that statement to Spectrum News.

He represents Dustin Drake, of Prattsburgh, who is charged with DWI and aggravated vehicular manslaughter in the crash in Steuben County.

Four people in the car with Drake were killed. Investigators say Drake was driving, and speeding, when the vehicle hit a tree on County Route 76.
