Rochester Man Found Guilty Of Possessing, Trafficking Fentanyl

Federal prosecutors say a convicted drug dealer will serve six years in prison after being sentenced today in a Rochester courtroom.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says 36-year-old Adam Schutz of Rochester was found guilty of possessing and trafficking fentanyl, and of having a gun while committing a drug crime.

His home on Myrtle Street in Rochester was searched in January by parole officers and police. They found LSD, fentanyl, equipment for drug sales and three handguns.
