Rochester Man Pleads Guilty To Drug Distribution, Gun Possession

The U.S. Attorney's Office says 22-year-old Chucky Ellis of Rochester pleaded guilty in federal court to drug distribution charges, and to possessing a gun with an altered serial number.

Ellis was stopped in a car at Clifford and Goodman Streets in February...then took off with the car and tried to get away. Police gave chase, and Ellis and his passenger fled on foot until they were caught on Parkside Drive.

Ellis was carrying cocaine, marijuana, and a .38 caliber revolver.
