Zweigle's is expanding its plant on Plymouth Avenue.
The expansion will allow the company to meet growing demand outside of New York state.
Empire State Development says the company considered moving the operation out of state, but the state is supporting the project with up to one million dollars in tax breaks and grants. Zweigle's will add up to 33 employees in 2022.
