Neighbors Sue Developer of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity Property

Neighbors are suing the developer of the former Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School property.

The plaintiffs are hoping to stop redevelopment of the site.

Plans call for existing buildings to become apartment buildings and offices, and two new four-story apartment buildings would be built.

At a meeting with developer Angelo Ingrassia last month, neighbors complained about what the project will mean for traffic and the flavor of the Highland Park neighborhood.

Last month City Council approved a zoning charge for the site.
