WNY Boy Scout Leader Accused of Sexually Abusing Scouts

A Genesee County man has been arrested on charges he sexually abused scouts while he was a leader at the Massawepie Boy Scout camp in the Adirondacks.

State police investigators say Ronald Rowcliffe had inappropriate sexual contact during the last three summers with several victims between the ages of 12 and 14.

He is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

More charges are pending.
