The Penfield Town Board is set tonight to consider plans for an apartment building along Empire Boulevard at the end of Irondequoit Bay.
The Daniele family wants to build a four-story building on the current site of their restaurant, Mario's Homemade Pasta Kitchen.
Plans call for 95 apartments, with underground and above-ground parking.
