Sentencing For Greece Teen In Muslim Terror Plot

The sentence is seven years in prison for the teenager from Greece who pleaded guilty in a plot to attack a Muslim community near Binghamton.

Nicholas Pheilshifter pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in a terroristic crime. His sentence also calls for five years' probation.

Two other defendants -- Andrew Crysel and Brian Colaneri - were sentenced this month on conspiracy charges and will each serve four-to-12 years in prison.

A fourth defendant is set to be sentenced later this week.
