The Irondequoit Police Department says they have identified and charged seven adults and six juveniles following a months' long investigation into the theft of vehicles.
Since early May, police say they have investigated a number of stolen vehicle incidents.
Police say they were able to locate some of the stolen vehicles, and items found in them were able to be used as evidence.
Police believe in some cases the suspects were working together as a group.
