Brighton Police say they have made an arrest in connection with their investigating into the vandalism of a car as a hate crime.
Police say 18-year-old Evan Dombroski has been charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime and aggravated harassment.
The car had swastikas, homophobic slurs and the "N" word painted on it while it was parked on Spier Avenue.
Dombroski was arraigned on the charges and released on his own recognizance.
