New York State May Sue the International Joint Commission

New York State may sue the International Joint Commission.

Governor Cuomo and Attorney General Letitia James said yesterday in Oswego that litigation is possible.

The IJC is in charge of water levels in Lake Ontario, and some blame the agency for not doing enough to prevent flooding in recent months.

The governor said recently the state will invest another 300 million dollars to fix and prevent damage.
