Two area school districts will try again to pass their school budgets this week. Voting is Tuesday in the Brighton and Brockport school districts.
A proposed budget in Brighton was defeated last month when it fell short of the 60 percent supermajority that was needed to exceed the state's cap on tax increases. Since then, the district has revised the budget that stays within the cap. In Brockport, voters are being asked to approve the same budget they rejected last month.
