State Assemblyman David Gantt Facing Traffic Ticket For Rochester Crash

State Assemblyman David Gantt is scheduled to make a court appearance today on the traffic ticket he received in a crash two weeks ago.

He's accused of running a stop sign before his car hit a van on Central Park in Rochester, injuring four people -- including two children.

A police report says he was distracted, but does not specify what distracted him.

In a police body camera video, an officer tells Gantt that witnesses reported seeing him run the stop sign. Gantt is heard denying that allegation.
