We now know the name of the man shot to death in the house he shared with two other people.
Thirty-five-year-old Timothy O'Neil was shot in the room he rented at the house on Forest Meadow Trail.
The homeowner, 35-year-old Quinton O'Connor, is charged with second-degree murder. Another tenant was not charged.
Police had gone to the home before dawn yesterday morning.
Court papers say O'Connor admitted in a call to 9-1-1 to shooting O'Neil several times with a .22 caliber handgun.
