Fate of Recreational Marijuana in New York State Unclear

We're heading into the final weeks of this year's state legislative session, and it's still unclear if lawmakers will be voting on a marijuana bill.

There's still debate over proposed taxes and the possible public health risks if legislation is passed.

The state Senate and Assembly have 11 working days left on the calendar before they adjourn June 19th.

A bill appears to have enough support to pass the Assembly, but its fate in the Senate is unclear.
