A Rochester man has been charged with assault, menacing and weapon possession after he was involved in a shooting on Thursday.
Police say 27-year-old Keith Williams allegedly shot a man in his 20s, who survived. Police began looking for Williams, who surfaced yesterday after threatening another person with a gun on Peck Street. Police were called to 37 Peck Street, where Williams at first refused to surrender until the SWAT team arrived, at which point Williams came out and was arrested.
He'll be arraigned Monday morning in City Court.
