Rochester police have identified the man found dead in a home on Myrtle Street yesterday as 65-year-old Robert Hartman. Police are still working to determine what caused his death, and how his car came into the possession of a suspect who crashed it early Friday on Route 390 near Ridge Road.
The driver ran as the car burst into flames, and was arrested a short distance away by Greece Police. Officers who went to find the owner of the car found Hartman dead at his home.
