Suspect in Greece Bombing Case Back in Court

One of the four suspects in the alleged bomb plot against a central New York Muslim enclave was back in court today.

An attorney representing Brian Colinari is requesting access to more evidence he says prosecutors have. He's also asking the judge to surpress a search warrant and evidence including a cell phone that was recovered during that search.

Colinari will be back in court next Thursday for a ruling on that request. He's accused along with Vincent Vetromile, Andrew Chrysel and a 16-year-old of terrorism.
