A 22-year-old city man is recovering after he was shot and wounded this morning in the area of St. Paul Street and Avenue C.
Police who went to investigate a report of shots being fired learned the victim had been dropped off at Rochester General Hospital, suffering with a gunshot wound to his midsection. The investigation is in its early stages and no arrest has been made.
