Arizona Murder Suspects Taken into Custody in Henrietta

Arizona murder suspects wanted by the US Marshal’s Office are in custody after a Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy spotted a vehicle they were in.

Authorities say Blane and Susan Barksdale were both fugitives wanted by the Tucson Arizona Police Department for first degree murder, burglary, arson of an occupied structure and criminal damage.

The Sheriff's office says around 11 o'clock last night an on-duty deputy in Henrietta observed their vehicle.

Multiple sheriff’s deputies responded along with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and took the two into custody.

They are currently in the Monroe County Jail awaiting extradition back to Arizona.
